Injecting Drug Users are one of the high risk groups vulnerable to HIV infection. Uncontrolled HIV epidemic among Injecting Drug Users (IDU) threatens many of the gains made elsewhere in terms of human development.

The PATH Project focuses on prevention of STD/HIV/AIDS among the long-distance truckers and highway female sex workers – two of the most risk prone sects vulnerable to these diseases.

The project revolves around the children who have dropped out of school. Poverty and lack of care by the parents forces some children to take up laborious works just to earn a living and this hinders their schooling
